To make a long story short: Joseph Kony is the leader of the Ugandan guerrilla group known as the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA). This army is responsible for countless crimes over the course of decades including “murder, cruel treatment of civilians, intentionally directing an attack against a civilian population, pillaging, inducing rape, and forced enlisting of children into the rebel ranks.” In order to stop him and his army, the group responsible for this video proposes making Joseph Kony’s name as largely known as the President himself via propaganda and word of mouth. This method has proven to be effective in invoking political action and therefor military response as demonstrated in the video. So as a call to action, it is your part to spread the word in an effort to end Kony’s reign over Uganda and its people. The least you can do is reblog.
